Inside Sales Representative

Electric Motor & Sales, a division of The Hannon Company, is looking for an inside sales representative working out of our Zanesville Division. 

 Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to build and grow strong relationships with assigned, established, customers. 

Follow up with customers to discuss their repair quotes and what their options are moving forward.

Respond quickly and professionally to pricing, quoting, and service inquiries—resolving issues and enabling a seamless customer experience.

Sell motor repair, new motors, variable frequency drives and blower repair.

Continue to learn and build product knowledge.

Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements.

Generate purchase orders for parts and/or motors as well as other general administrative duties as needed.

Skills

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Solid time management and organizational abilities with an ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

Minimum Job Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience required.

High school diploma or GED required
