Job Description:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing inbound sales activities from our industrial supply distributor customers that are received via phone, online, or from Unex sales managers. 

This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, providing product information, preparing quotes, and ensuring a seamless sales experience from initial inquiry through order fulfillment.

The goal of the inside sales department is to exceed our customers’ expectations, raising the bar on service. 

 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage key distributor accounts to ensure Unex is properly and thoroughly represented in the market

• Use Microsoft Excel to manage inventory for six accounts

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their unique needs and offering custom solutions to encourage repeat business and account growth

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

 
Qualifications & Requirements

• Associates degree or 3-5 years work experience in lieu of degree

• Highly organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple accounts and competing deadlines efficiently

• Be an intermediate Excel user with the ability to create basic to intermediate formulas, and work with multiple or linked spreadsheets. Excel skills are a must for this position.

• Strong communication skills

Level: Entry Level

Salary: $50,000-55,000 dependent on experience

Note:  This position is 100% onsite in our Lakewood, NJ location.  Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available at this time
