Job Summary:

This Inside Sales Representative is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and supporting seamless transitions between inside and outside sales teams. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:  

• High Volume of outbound Phone Calls to introduce and grow our business
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on customer needs
• Prepare and deliver quotes and product information to customers
• Collaborative with Marketing and Sales Management to prepare customer-specific document requests (i.e. Private Label documents, sell sheets, etc)
• Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
• Collaborate closely with the Outside Sales Team to manage account transitions and ensure continuity of service
• Learn and understand Bron Tapes catalog of products and tape applications
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Knowledge, & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• At least one (1) years of Inside Sales experience is required 
• High level of comfort with phone and virtual communication required
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Team oriented with a collaborative mindset
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills 
• Quick, efficient computer skills and strong multi-tasking abilities 
• Microsoft Office experience preferred
• CRM experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and grow 

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Compensation: $24.00 - $27.00/hourly
