Essential Functions:
Answer incoming phone calls, disburse messages, and manage email flow.
Trouble shoot pump application issues.
Size pumping applications.
Research and find obsolete or unique pump parts.
Understand multiple product lines.
Serve as the technical authority of pumping applications.
Serve as a product specialist for company.
Serve as a trainer for product and inside sales subjects.
Travel up to 10%.
Process Warranties and returns to Vendors.
Confirm Shipments.
Design pumping applications.
Process Warranties and Return Goods Authorization's.
Submit sales orders and production tickets.
Understand the ERP application at an advanced level.
Perform customer service functions.
Enter direct ship orders and Purchase Orders.
Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
Experience and Abilities Required:
Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook at an intermediate level.
Experience in agricultural, residential, or industrial pumping is preferred.
Experience with rotating equipment, liquid pumps, and motors preferred.
Ability to remain at a stationary position 50% of the time.
Ability to Stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
Ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.
Experience with enterprise applications to include CRM and ERP solutions.

Education Required:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
3 to 5 years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
