Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to assist residential and commercial customers, coordinating with sales and office staff through in-person, telephone, and computer-based communication.

Duties and Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To:

• Assist customers with bill payments, propane orders, and service inquiries


• Generate showroom sales through product knowledge and by identifying customer needs.


• Refill propane gas cylinders and RV tanks.


• Collaborate with dispatch and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.


• Open and close the store, balance cash drawer, and make bank deposits.


• Maintain cleanliness of the showroom, bathroom, and storage areas.


• Manage showroom inventory by entering new items and verifying stock.


• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including customer interactions and phone calls.


• Perform all other duties as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience


• Strong communication and computer skills (required).


• Ability to stand for long periods and lift over 50 lbs regularly.


• Outgoing, engaging personality with a strong work ethic.


• Ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
