Job Description - Inside Sales Representative

SV Academy is a leading career accelerator dedicated to launching new talent into the financial services industry. Through our comprehensive bootcamp and paid residency program, we equip individuals with the skills and experience needed to thrive in entry-level sales roles. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with prospective customers and driving business growth for our employer partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads to identify high-potential prospects
  • Conducting outbound calls and email outreach to engage and nurture new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with team members and employer partners to optimize sales processes
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and lead status
  • Contributing to a positive, energetic sales culture and supporting peers in their development

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets including Excel or Google Sheets
  • Interest in starting a sales career as a recent graduate or career switcher
  • Experience communicating with prospective customers via phone and email
  • Comprehensive training through a 2-week bootcamp to build foundational tech sales skills
  • Paid 90-day residency with an employer partner, offering real-world SDR experience
  • Hybrid work environment in the Las Vegas area with opportunities for in-person collaboration
