Job Description

WeightNot is seeking professional, energetic Inside Sales Representative to support its nationwide expansion.  The position will be based in the WeightNot headquarters office in Vienna, VA

Primary Duties Include:

  • Provide information and counseling to Prospective Members through phone consultations and online presentations.
  • Determine customer needs and expectations in order to recommend program options.​
  • Screen Prospective Members to ensure their eligibility for the program
  • Engage and enroll qualified individuals as Members after fully understanding their needs and matching those needs to the most suitable WeightNot program options. 
  • Accurately process customer transactions, orders, and quotes.​
  • Make outbound phone calls to prospective and current WeightNot members to initiate and follow up on consultations.

Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years inside sales or customer service experience.  Experience in nutrition, fitness and/or wellness industries a plus.
  • Possess the core competencies and behaviors of an inside sales and client representative, including: understanding customer needs, closing sales and maintaining customer relationships, and leveraging client needs into sales.​
  • Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills.​
  • Ability to establish rapport and communicate empathetically.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.​
  • Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.​
  • Team player with a positive attitude, who can also work independently and set own priorities and tasks.​
