What You'll Do

  Make outbound calls to customers with existing estimates and encourage them to move forward

  Conduct prospecting calls to generate new business opportunities

  
  


• 
  

  Respond quickly to digital leads and convert them into appointments or sales

  
  


• 
  

  Build strong customer relationships through a consultative, solutions-focused approach

  
  


• 
  

  Use ServiceTitan software to manage leads, track interactions, and achieve performance goals

  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles

  
  


• 
  

  High school diploma (Associate degree preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable with ServiceTitan and Microsoft Office

  
  


• 
  

  Driven, customer-first mindset with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
