Calco Companies Inc. is currently seeking a proactive, customer focused, full-time Inside Sales Representative/ Customer Service to provide excellent customer experience from initial inquiry through order fulfillment.
This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or administrative support preferably in manufacturing or other B2B environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Microsoft and Google Workspace platforms, order management systems, and/or QuickBooks Online
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
- Sales support experience or strong interest in developing sales skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Must enjoy working with people in a cross-functional team environment
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries by phone, email, and online channels
- Support general office operations and administrative tasks as needed
- Perform inside sales activities, including responding to quote requests, following up on orders, and providing basic account support
- Enter, review, and process customer orders and delivery information accurately
- Provide product information, pricing guidance, and order status updates
- Coordinate with sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure smooth order execution and fulfillment
- Resolve customer questions and service issues professionally
- Maintain accurate customer records, pricing details, and order documentation
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement when appropriate
