We're looking for a motivated Service Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Service team. If you enjoy solving problems, working with customers, collaborating with a high-performing team, and helping turn opportunities into successful projects, this is a great opportunity to launch or grow your sales career.
In this role, you'll work closely with our Outside Sales Representatives, Service Technicians, vendors, and customers to prepare estimates, develop proposals, coordinate service opportunities, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first call through the final proposal.
What You'll Do
As our Service Inside Sales Representative, you will:
Prepare accurate service estimates and proposals for repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance agreements.
Gather information from customers, technicians, and sales representatives to qualify service opportunities.
Obtain pricing from vendors and subcontractors to develop competitive, accurate quotations.
Support the Outside Sales team throughout the sales cycle and help move opportunities toward successful close.
Build strong customer relationships by providing responsive, professional service and timely communication.
Manage service opportunities and unassigned customer accounts until they transition to an Outside Sales Representative.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposals meet customer needs and company standards.
Maintain accurate sales documentation and opportunity tracking.
Promote a strong safety culture by following company policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Associate degree, business school certificate, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, estimating, or a related role.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
Ability to quickly learn new software and business systems.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
