Inside Sales Representative

Description: HIRING a reliable, entry level professional who is looking for an office job. Does NOT need office experience, however must have previous professional experience (school TA, reception, retail, data entry, door to door sales, etc.)

Pay: $21/hr + commission

Experience: Must have 1 to 2 years minimum at their previous job. Someone who has demonstrated commitment to previous roles.

Training is provided and paid for

Make approximately 100 outbound calls necessary to meet appointment criteria
Will be given warm leads to call on, no auto dialer
Prospect for new survey opportunities within assigned territory
Set 1 to 2 appointments per day
Manage Dynamics/Outlook Calendar for Outside Sales Team
Manage Dynamics contact notes, tasks and prospecting information
Document call information in Dynamics Timeline
Initiate invites to Outside Sales Reps for all appointments set
Manage task/activity list for territory to insure outbound prospecting calls are made in a timely manner
Forward all service and install requests to Sales Admin
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
