Inside Sales Representative - Bilingual Vietnamese

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative Bilingual Vietnamese to join our growing sales team in Bedford, OH. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, managing accounts, and uncovering new opportunities from a largely untapped lead list. You'll work closely with the Sales Manager and team members to drive revenue, support customer growth, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and follow up on a large, underutilized lead list using our CRM.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Independently manage accounts and drive consistent sales growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to diversify and expand the customer base.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and account management.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Accurately maintain records of all sales activity in the CRM.

Qualifications:

• MUST be bilingual in English and Vietnamese.
• Prior sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Must be able to work onsite during scheduled hours.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Pay: $16.00/hour (40-hour workweek).
• Commission: 3% on all sales to new and existing clients under your account portfolio.
