Inside Sales Representative - Commercial HVAC Support

WHAT DOES THIS POSITION DO?

You will serve as the main point of contact for commercial customers.  That contact will be via phone, fax, email and in person.  You will be finalizing sales, resolving customer issues, and providing ongoing customer service. In this role, you will work as a team to enhance the customer service function, complete sales, assist your co-workers, and exceed customer expectations.

You will be writing quotations for HVAC equipment used in commercial applications.  This includes rooftops, furnaces and air conditioning, fans, ventilators, VRF, etc., used in new construction as well as replacements.  You will assist our customers with equipment applications, and make recommendations.

WHAT IS REQUIRED?

Job requirements include a 2-year associates degrees in HVAC Design or the equivalent work experience in an HVAC related field.... including sales, distribution, manufacturing, or installation of HVAC equipment.

Need to have a degree of computer literacy, including a basic understanding of Microsoft Work, Excel, Outlook, and know how to create and distribute documents.  Must be able to read and understand blueprints as well as comprehend written specifications.

You will be working on a computer at a desk -must have the ability to sit for longs periods of time.  Must have a valid driver's license, automobile, and insurance because while it would be infrequent, you may need to visit jobsites occasionally.
