What You’ll Do:

📞 Engage inbound and outbound leads to schedule qualified sales appointments
💬 Represent Renewal by Andersen with enthusiasm and professionalism
🎯 Hit and exceed daily and weekly goals to unlock bonuses
💻 Use CRM tools to track leads, appointments, and performance
📚 Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching to sharpen your skills

Compensation:

💵 $17/hour base pay + Uncapped Bonuses

What We’re Looking For:

✅ A positive, outgoing attitude and strong communication skills
✅ Sales or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
✅ Comfortable using computer systems and learning new tools
