Inside Sales Representative Needed (Experience Required) - Urgent Role

We are a payment processing company (merchant services industry), focusing on small to medium-sized businesses. We are looking for a driven, money-motivated, and team-oriented performer to join our growing Inside Sales team!

You will be responsible for calling upon appointments set by our call center team and calling upon past appointments in our CRM that need followed up on, utilizing our script, rebuttals, and success-proven process, explaining the benefits of our program, and obtaining merchant statements via fax and email, to provide opportunities for our closing team to bring them onboard as a new customer of ours. You would need to maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with merchants over the phone, updating our CRM with brief notes after every call, and working as a team with our other Statement Pullers.

Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM

Compensation: $18/hour to START, with eligibility for additional increase after your first 90-days in the role, determined upon how quickly you can progress in the role. You will also be eligible for weekly bonuses, beginning on your very first day.

What you will be doing:

• Making outbound calls to potential customers
• Sending emails to potential customers to follow up on previous conversations
• Calling appointments set by our call center and following up on previously generated appointments to explain the benefits of our program and obtain a merchant statement through fax or email
• Building a pipeline of potential customers in your calendar and properly following up with them as promised
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers over the phone
• Meeting weekly quotas and daily call targets, utilizing our script and rebuttals
• Updating our CRM with brief notes after each call
• Working as a team with other Statement Pullers on the Inside Sales Team

Skills and qualifications:

• At least 1 year of prior experience in a sales environment, where meeting regular quotas was a requirement for the role
• Reliable attendance

• Receptive to feedback
• Computer skills (familiarity and comfortability utilizing programs like Google Chrome, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
