Crown Laboratories, Inc. is hiring an Aesthetics Division Inside Sales Representative (ISR). This position will be responsible for creating and delivering highly efficacious and cost-effective formulations in support of global product launches for therapeutic skin care category. Driving product development from ideation to delivery. Supporting the conceptualization, initiation, development, evaluation, and follow through of all new product launches with a strong focus on therapeutic efficacy.

This position is based in Dallas, TX and the incumbent will be expected to adhere to all office policies, including work from home policy (currently in-office Tuesday-Thursday mandatory).

Overview:

The Aesthetic Division Inside Sales Rep (ISR) will report to the Region Sales Director (RSD) and will engage Health Care Professionals in phone and web based discussions to promote the Aesthetic Division portfolio of products, and maximize the products selling potential and meet company objectives.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Works closely with RSD, Territory Managers and Customer Service to support the sales efforts of all Region team members
  • Consistently meets or exceeds sales expectations.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds productivity/activity standards.
  • Report daily activity, including contact information, appointments set, follow ups etc.
  • Initiates follow up with all Region’s inbound sales leads.
  • Responsible for generating/closing minimum number of ISR-sourced sales leads.
  • Utilize various communication channels including phone calls, direct messaging, email, and Zoom meetings to engage with prospects, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to acquire new business.
  • Cold call key decision makers for the sales of Aesthetic product offerings.
  • Complete satisfactorily all required training and show an ongoing strong understanding of the Crown product portfolio and the competition.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction; by phone, appointments and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • Complete all necessary new account paperwork in a timely, accurate and legible manner to ensure all details of the transaction are completed according to approved and standardized procedures.
  • Occasional travel required to territories and/or company meetings

Job Related Qualifications / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or B2B experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of Tele-Sales experience required
  • Pharmaceutical, healthcare and/or telemarketing experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication (oral and written and presentation skills)
  • Proficient in social media platforms.
