Our President is calling for reinforcements—we need a person who can grow our Small Business Market through sales, technical support, education, and online store follow-up.

We need an organized, outgoing Sales Support Representative who loves helping folks, can keep pace with our growth and is able to sustain the high standards our customers expect.

What You Will Work On
Lead Engagement and Outreach : Introduce new prospects to our online store. Ensuring their success with product selection and follow up with usage and application.
Build Relationships : Get to know those Customers and pursue the sales opportunities generated by our Marketing Team.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.

Show genuine interest in the needs and challenges of clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood. Bring fun to every conversation. Your ability to joke and maintain a light-hearted demeanor will make you a preferred contact for clients.
Lead Response :

Respond to Inbound Leads closing orders through direct sales.
Multi-channel Sales : Promote the PAVEPRO Phone App – A direct connection between our team and customers.
CRM Data Management : Log all sales activities, future tasks, and customer insights in Salesforce. Use Salesforce to manage your activities and plan your day.
Consultative Selling : Establish one-on-one relationships with customers, positioning oneself as a trusted advisor and providing personalized recommendations for cross-selling and upselling new products.
Account Growth : Cross Sell and Up Sell new products.
Collaboration : Work with our Midmarket Sales Teams for new business opportunities.
Customer First Attitude : Deliver fast and responsive customer support, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues without delay. Provide same hour, same day response to build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market and Product Expertise : Get to know the market and our customers’ needs inside out. Be part of their world and know PavePro products, so you can confidently answer questions and solve their problems.

Qualifications
Educational Background:

A college degree is a plus, but what's more important is your drive and ability to succeed.
Sales Experience : Minimum of 1 year’s of proven experience in a prospect or customer-facing sales or support role, showcasing the ability to engage effectively with clients and prospects or demonstrating a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
CRM Proficiency : Proficient with Salesforce or equivalent CRM software, with hands-on experience managing customer data, pipelines, and sales activities.
Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using technology like Salesforce, Slack, and Outlook.
Organizational Skills : Super organized and detail-oriented, great at juggling different lead sources and keeping things accurate while prioritizing tasks smoothly.
Great Listener :

Demonstrates the ability to be a great listener on sales calls, sharp at picking up important details to really get what customers need and want.
Work Ethic : Ready to thrive in a non-stop, 24/7/365 environment.

Resilience : Can handle making 80 to 100 calls a day without losing steam.

Where You Will Work
You will be part of our Marketing and Sales Team who are located in the historic American Tobacco Campus District in downtown Durham, NC.

Modern offices in a historic setting with entertainment, restaurants, covered parking just steps away.

You must live within a commutable drive or relocate prior to starting.

What you Can Expect
Starting Salary $ 45,600 – OTE $ 48k to $58k first year
