AppleOne has partnered with an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer in Corona, CA to assist them in hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join their team!

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Corona, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: Full time
Pay Range: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour DOE

Responsibilities:
• Actively participate in outbound call campaigns (cold calling) to drive sales growth.
• Utilize our CRM system (Salesforce) to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Proactively reach out to new leads within the roofing industry.
• Generate quotes, review inventory, and effectively communicate lead times to customers.
• Enter new orders and update existing sales orders in ERP system (JobBoss), ensuring data accuracy regarding pricing, shipping, and billing information.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospects and existing clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and our solutions.
• Collaborate with our sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Present product features and benefits persuasively.
• Develop strategies and tactics to penetrate targeted accounts.
• Conduct discovery meetings with existing and new customers to uncover needs.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Review contract information to track deviations to standard contracts.
• Produce customer satisfaction charts based on data received from customer surveys and present them at management review meetings.
• Review the status of new and late orders during weekly production meetings.
• Research and qualify new leads.
• Close sales and achieve company sales targets.
• Review and approve new work instructions and verify they meet customer specifications.
• Act as an integral part of the team by providing phone coverage for the front office during breaks and absences.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of proven sales experience
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Highly motivated and passionate about achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Salesforce (CRM).
Preferred but not required
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Metal fabrication industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Sandler Sales Certification
