Inside Sales/ Showroom Manager

The Otten brothers come from a family of 13 siblings.  Kitchen and Bath have been a family affair for decades as the Otten family runs several successful Kitchen and Bath Businesses across the country. 

Renato and Tim grew up in the industry working in their older brothers' kitchen and bath shops.   

The brothers learned about the industry from their older brothers, but the most important lesson was that the business was not defined by the dollars but by how each team member was treated.

Renato and Tim Otten founded Select Surfaces in 2009 to create a business that would not only change the standard in our industry but would provide opportunities for the team and clients.

Our team is made of individuals dedicated to hard work and outstanding customer service. We are committed to staying true to our values while at the same time embracing innovation that will continue to establish us as leaders.

We are seeking a full time Showroom Assistant to join our team and to help service our expanding customer base.  Our ideal candidate will share our values of hard work and outstanding customer service.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Deal with retail and wholesale customers
• Complete basic scheduling and estimating tasks
• Manage sample inventories
• Staff our roadshows
• Aid in keeping our B2B accounts up to date on promotions and programs

Qualifications:

• Showroom and or Retail Sales experience desired but not required.
• Strong technical skills and can navigate new software quickly
• Strong organizational skills
• Have a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Great communication skills
