Inside Sales Specialist – Power Generation - Ridgefield, WA

What You’ll Do:

• Provide top-notch customer support, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries.
• Assist customers with technical questions related to power generation products and services.
• Build out quotes, process orders, and manage contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

What We’re Looking For:

• Electrical and/or mechanical aptitude – understanding of power generation is a plus!
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in sales, customer support, or a related technical role is a plus.
