Job Summary:

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Compiles a variety of weekly & monthly sales reports for management
• Maintains customer records in SAPB1 (addresses, contact information, installed equipment, etc.)
• Assists with new equipment quotations
• Assists with review of incoming new equipment purchase orders
• Provides general support for sales management
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3 years of experience in an office environment

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
