Key Responsibilities:P
- Greet and assist clients and visitors.
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments.
- Manage the front desk and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Generate sales leads through inbound calls and follow-ups.
- Support sales team with scheduling, data entry, and maintaining client databases.
- Assist with product inquiries and closing sales over the phone.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales environment is a plus.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
