Inside Sales Team Lead - USA

Ayming USA is looking for an Inside Sales Team Lead to join our Sales Team.

Your main responsibilities will be :

• Organizes and oversees the schedules, territories, and performance of regional and local inside sales managers.
• Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
• Provides leadership to the sales team by motivating and encouraging the sales team to ensure quotas are met.
• Identify decision-makers, schedule meetings, meet qualified prospects, and execute appropriate sales techniques and cycle to close sales.
• Work with management to develop sales/marketing strategies and to penetrate new markets.

• 4-year degree
• 3 years of professional sales experience (Tax related industry experience not required)
• Verbal and written communication skills in a variety of consultative settings, including demonstrated experience with C-level executives or business owners

• Tax related industry experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
