We are seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with and answer client inquiries via phone and email.
- Introduce products and prepare quotations for customers.
- Process and follow up on orders.
- Prepare shipping documents for outgoing orders and monitor incoming shipments.
- Generate reports as required.
- Handle general office paperwork and work with invoices.
- Manage inventory control, including backorders.
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
- Prospect and contact potential customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of the latest developments.
- Create sales material to present to customers.
Qualifications:
- Confident, inquisitive, self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
- Responsible, with a willingness to learn.
- Strong ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
- Deadline-focused with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and in a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet research, and web-based software.
- Experience with OMS is a plus.
- Ability to speak Chinese is a plus.
