Inside Sales/Marketing Associate - Rapid Progression

An industry-leading manufacturer of LED Displays in Lakeland, FL is seeing an Inside Sales Representative. This award winning American-owned and operated company travels internationally to design and develop customized displays for military bases, airports, amusement parks, stadiums, etc. and has been recognized as the largest provider of indoor and outdoor digital signs in the US!

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting the President and sales team by preparing quotes, managing customer inquiries, and providing support in marketing and social media activities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Directly assists the President and sales team with preparing and sending quotes in a timely manner
• Responds to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about our products and services
• Maintains and update customer records in CRM to ensure accurate and efficient tracking of sales activities
• Manages company’s social media platforms by creating engaging content, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends
• Implements strategies to promote products and services through various platforms
• Coordinates and serves as the point of contact for trade shows and customer support events
• Works heavily within Microsoft Office Suite programs, especially Excel, along with quoting software
• Provides administrative support by scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars and preparing reports

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
• Proven experience in sales support or customer service roles, preferably in the technology or display industry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Jetbuilt)
• Strong mathematical aptitude required
• Familiarity with social media platforms and experience managing business accounts preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

What You Can Expect

• $22.00 - $25.00/hr depending on experience
• Regular schedule of Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
• PTO
• Paid holidays
