Inside Sales Representative
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various aspects of the sales process, from reviewing requests for quotations to coordinating delivery and order entry.

Schedule:
Flexible schedule options: 8:00am – 5:00pm or 7:00am – 4:00pm
Temp to Hire
Pay rate: Starts at $22 DOE

Responsibilities:
Review requests for quotations and communicate relevant information to Engineering.
Complete quotations with the guidance and support of the Director of Sales.
Coordinate delivery, order entry, documentation, and fulfill any additional customer requirements in collaboration with the assigned Account Manager.
Utilize strong computer skills and demonstrate proficiency in time management, organization, multitasking, and communication.
Collaborate with onsite personnel or vendors to provide services such as pulling parts, cross-referencing descriptions, and processing orders.
Expedite orders as per customer requests by liaising with vendors.
Attend production and engineering meetings as the customer's on-site expert and provide appropriate follow-up as needed.
Offer support to all members of the sales team to ensure optimal customer service from quote to delivery.
Oil/Gas industry experience is a plus.
