Technical Support: Assist customers with technical inquiries on trailer components
Customer Service: Answer customer inquiries via email and phone in a friendly, professional and courteous manner.
Order Management: Enter customer orders, answer technical questions, resolve discrepancies & generates sales quotations
Perform all assigned tasks in a safe, efficient, timely, accurate and highly productive manner according to Company policy.
Maintain good attendance. Attend scheduled work hours on a regular and timely basis.
Comply with all Company policies and procedures.

Technical Knowledge of trailer parts preferred

Works under immediate supervision of the Customer Services Mgr.
Experience with Microsoft Office software primarily word & excel
Must be able to perform each essential function and responsibilities of the job satisfactorily in accordance with Company productivity and quality requirements.
Physical Requirements:
Standing 0 - 5% of the time.
Walking 5 – 10% of the time.
Sitting 60- 80% of the time.
Reaching, pushing, pulling 0 - 5% of the time.
Arm, wrist, hand, finger movement 40 - 60% of the time.
Bending and twisting neck and trunk 0 - 2% of the time.
Hearing requirements include the ability to hear all verbal communication.
Ability to verbally communicate.
Requires light physical effort, such as lifting and/or moving 5 pounds or less, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
