• Overcome objections and leverage critical thinking to identify opportunities for expanding agent performance and market share.
• Drive new agency onboarding by leading training sessions, ensuring product/guideline proficiency, and collaborating with field Territory Managers to achieve quote adoption.
• Partner with field Territory Managers (TMs) and National Accounts teams to align strategies, share insights, and achieve collective growth targets.
• Serve as backup support for sales administration, licensing tasks, and special projects as needed.
• Diligently track and document all agent interactions, including discussion points, follow-up tasks, and scheduled future engagements.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in all communications, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of agent requests.
• Participate in regular strategy meetings with Sales leadership to refine tactics, share feedback, and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Pursue professional development opportunities to enhance sales acumen, product knowledge, and relationship management skills.
