INSIDE TRANSPORTATION SPECIALIST 

Join Our Team as an Inside Transportation Specialist!

We're looking for a dynamic Inside Transportation Specialist to ensure timely vehicle deliveries and top-notch customer service. You'll coordinate vehicle movements using our TMS Platform, working closely with ADESA auction sites and customers.

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transportation to Adesa auction sites.


• Ensure accurate dispatch and information management.


• Communicate effectively with auction staff and partners.


• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or in person.

Requirements:

• Transportation experience preferred, not required.


• High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.

Must commute to the Tempe office (5 days a week).

• Tech-savvy with strong critical thinking skills.


• Proficient in English.
