Key Responsibilities\n\n1\\. CMM Programming \u0026 Operation\n\n * Develop, modify, and maintain CMM programs using software such as PC-DMIS, Inspec, or equivalent\n * Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to inspect precision semiconductor components and tooling\n * Define optimal measurement strategies based on engineering drawings, GD\u0026T, and part function\n * Ensure measurement repeatability and reproducibility\n\n\n\n2\\. Inspection \u0026 Dimensional Measurement\n\n * Perform First Article Inspection (FAI), in\u2011process inspection, and final inspection\n * Measure tight-tolerance features critical to semiconductor equipment and process performance\n * Use additional metrology tools such as height gauges, optical measurement systems, and handheld gauges\n * Support inspection activities for NPI (New Product Introduction) and engineering changes\n\n\n\n3\\. CMM \u0026 Inspection Reporting\n\n * Generate accurate and clear CMM inspection reports\n * Interpret measurement results, identify deviations, and document findings\n * Communicate inspection results and risks to Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams\n * Maintain inspection records per internal procedures and customer requirements\n\n\n\n4\\. Metrology Support\n\n * Support metrology activities, including gauge selection and measurement method validation\n * Assist with Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and gauge capability studies\n * Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits with dimensional and measurement data\n * Help maintain calibration and verification status of inspection equipment\n\n\n\n5\\. Continuous Improvement \u0026 Collaboration\n\n * Identify opportunities to improve inspection efficiency, accuracy, and robustness\n * Participate in root cause analysis related to dimensional nonconformances\n * Support development and improvement of inspection work instructions and SOPs\n * Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product quality and process capability\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\nEducation\n\n * Associate\u2019s or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field\n\n\n\nExperience\n\n * 2+ years of experience in CMM programming and dimensional inspection\n * Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, precision machining, vacuum components, or related high\u2011tech industries preferred\n * Hands-on experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and GD\u0026T\n\n\n\nTechnical Skills\n\n * Proficient in CMM software (PC-DMIS, Inspec, or equivalent)\n * Strong understanding of metrology principles and tight-tolerance measurement\n * Familiar with semiconductor cleanliness, precision, and quality requirements\n * Ability to use common inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)\n\n\n\nSoft Skills\n\n * Strong attention to detail and data accuracy\n * Clear communication skills for reporting technical results\n * Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team\n * Problem-solving mindset with continuous improvement focus\n\n\n\nLeadership \u0026 Collaboration\n\n * Provide guidance and technical support to inspection operators and technicians\n * Work closely with Design, Manufacturing, and Quality teams on inspection and metrology topics\n * Coordinate with vendors and customers to review inspection data and resolve dimensional issues\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n1 - 2 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\n10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nYes, 10% of the Time\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nYes\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nEmployee Referral (Standard)\n\nU.S. Salary Range:\n\n$78,500.00 - $108,000.00\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
