We are seeking an organized and proactive Inspection Booking Coordinator to manage a large volume of inspection bookings for our national commercial real estate clients. This role requires strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and excellent customer service skills.About The Company InspectionGo serves the home inspection industry, providing a variety of services to help inspection companies to achieve their growth potential. It is ideal for enterprises and institutional buyers of real estate, including investors, lenders, and property management companies who need a standardized inspection service with standardized pricing, integration with their systems, and flexible capacity to get inspections across multiple geographies.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate, schedule, and track inspection orders for commercial real estate clients across the country.
Manage a high volume of emails daily while maintaining and updating inspection orders in a centralized database.
Communicate professionally with clients and inspectors via email and phone to confirm scheduling details and ensure smooth coordination.
Book inspections with local inspectors and vendors, ensuring they fully understand job-specific requirements.
Identify and reach out to new inspectors in areas where additional coverage is needed.
Support leadership in developing, documenting, and improving operational processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
Ideal Candidate:
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proactive problem-solver who can work independently and collaboratively.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and database management skills.
Previous account management and/or order processing experience in a fast paced environment.
Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent
Experience in a call center environment is a plus, or working in similar operational and technical roles
Experience in property management, home services, or inspections is a plus.
