We are hiring an Inspection Coordinator in Peoria, IL. The Inspections Coordinator will ensure smooth operations in scheduling and coordinating inspections and maintenance. 

Duties & Responsibilities

· Schedule inspections based on customer availability and workload. 

· Forecast the required manpower to complete inspections. 

· Communicate with customers to confirm inspection times. 

· Ensure all necessary rental equipment is secured and delivered on time. 

· Coordinate with Field Operative to address any discrepancies in the inspection documents. 

· Audit inspection reports to ensure they are completed before sending them to End Users. 

· Quote and manage emergency parts as needed. 

· Close out jobs and prepare them for billing.

· Generate sales orders for inspections and repairs. 

· Retrieve P.O.s from customers. 

· Oversee the renewal process, including generating quotes for renewals and sending them to customers. 

· Provide support to other service team members. 

Requirements

Education & Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED preferred. 

· 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 

· Previous work experience in Manufacturing or Automotive industry required.

· Possesses basic computer skills and is familiar with MS Word and Excel.
