Inspector Packer 1st Shift - M-F 5:45am-2:00pm

We're looking for a Quality-Focused Inspector Packer who takes pride in doing meaningful work that makes a real difference. If you're someone who values teamwork, respects process and is motivated by excellence - we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Understand customer expectations and ensure each product meets or exceeds quality standards


• Pick, inspect, box, label, and seal finished parts


• Operate grinders and remove scrap as needed


• Monitor and replace plastic rolls to keep production moving


• Support a culture of continuous improvement and pride in craftsmanship

What You Bring:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is helpful but not required


• Prior experience in quality or manufacturing is a plus


• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude
