Service Technician for Bathroom Remodels

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bathroom remodeling or similar trades, light plumbing, & carpentry, be committed to quality workmanship, and have a strong focus on customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for performing service and warranty work, minor repairs, and ensuring the job site remains clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Complete service and warranty work on bathroom installations (walk-in showers, tubs, etc.)
• Assist with minor remodeling and repair tasks
• Conduct assessments of installed products and provide feedback
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide top-tier service
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during service appointments
• Collaborate with the installation and customer service teams for seamless job completion

Qualifications

• Experience in bathroom remodeling (1 or more years of experience considered)
• Carpentry & Plumbing experience is a plus!
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and a focus on customer satisfaction
• Clean, detail-oriented, and professional
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials as needed
