HVAC/Plumbing Install Coordinator

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Install Coordinator to join our team at Fix-It 24/7! In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for coordinating HVAC and Plumbing installation jobs. From scheduling with customers to working closely with suppliers, field staff, and internal teams. You’ll also handle important administrative tasks to keep our install operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  Coordinate and schedule HVAC and Plumbing installations with customers

  
  


• 
  

  Assign jobs daily to install crews and communicate logistics clearly

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with suppliers to ensure equipment and materials are ready



• 
  

  Handle administrative duties related to install jobs



• 
  

  Create purchase orders for field personnel

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with accounts receivable and light collections tasks

  
  


• 
  

  Support internal staff with install-related needs

  
  


• 
  

  Pitch in with other general office duties as assigned

Requirements
