Please Note: This is an in-office role based in Taylor, Texas. Daily commuting is required.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for home services or trade school education)
• Previous experience in administrative or coordination roles — plumbing or construction experience is a big plus
• Comfortable using scheduling software and Microsoft Office (ServiceTitan knowledge is a bonus!)
• Organized, resourceful, and able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining strong communication
• Committed to providing excellent customer service

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Efficiently schedule and dispatch installation jobs to keep operations running smoothly
• Coordinate with customers and vendors to build strong, reliable relationships
• Make sure our installers have the tools, materials, and information they need to succeed
• Keep communication clear and consistent across all departments and projects
• Manage inventory, materials, and resources to support efficient job completion
• Handle permits and job documentation with precision
• Participate in the call queue and join our on-call Saturday rotation (once a month)
