Location: Omaha, NE (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Salary: $22.00-$25.00 per-hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a hardworking Install Laborer to support the installation of residential and commercial irrigation and lighting systems. This is a physically active, outdoor role requiring attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a field crew. You’ll assist with pipe installation, digging, system setup, and cleanup to ensure a high-quality finished product.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of irrigation and drip systems


• Lay and connect piping, heads, valves, and controllers


• Dig trenches and perform repairs as needed


• Install low-voltage landscape lighting


• Clean up job sites after installation is complete

Qualifications

Required

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical outdoor labor


• Comfortable with digging, kneeling, and working in variable weather


• Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions


• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn


• Ability to read and speak in both Spanish and English

Preferred

• Experience in irrigation, LED lighting, drainage, or landscaping is helpful but not required

Schedule & Working Conditions

• Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM


• Work performed outdoors in all weather conditions


• Regularly required to stand, walk, crouch, climb, lift, and dig


• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
