As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Experienced HVAC Install Technician to join our crew. If you’re passionate about quality workmanship and want to be part of a company that values your expertise, this is your opportunity.

What You'll Do:

Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and thermostats

Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation instructions with accuracy

Ensure systems are properly installed and functioning according to the manufacturer's specs and local codes

Work alongside project managers and fellow technicians to complete jobs efficiently and on time

Maintain a clean and organized job site from start to finish

Educate homeowners on system operation and maintenance

Complete installation paperwork and communicate effectively with dispatch and office staff

Follow all safety standards and company procedures

What We're Looking For:

1–3 years of residential HVAC installation experience

Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Ability to pass a background check

Strong mechanical skills and high attention to detail

Physically able to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment

Experience working with ductwork or sheet metal

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Team player with the ability to work independently

Preferred but Not Required:

EPA 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain)

NATE Certification

Experience with zoning systems or smart thermostats
