Installation and Logistics Specialist

Sllet Solutions LLC is a dedicated and locally rooted company based in the Greater Sacramento area. We specialize in high-end technical installations and asset logistics. We offer white glove service, to ensure every appliance, workstation and fixture is installed exactly to the manufacturer specifications.

This positions is designed for hands-on professionals who take pride in precision assembly and high value asset handling. As a part of the Sacramento team, you will execute technical installations for both residential and commercial customers. We provide training in specialized assembly techniques, offering a growth based environment for those who value craftsmanship.

• Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Perform precision on-site assembly of modular workstations, commercial fixtures and high-end appliances following manufacturer diagrams.
• Manage asset handling and logistics for both commercial and residential projects within the service areas.
• Ensure the highest quality standards through white glove service delivery on every job.
• Coordinate scheduling and communication with clients and internal teams to guarantee timely project completion.
• Maintain an organized and safe workplace, proactively managing debris and protecting client flooring during the installation process.
• Identify and resolve technical assembly challenges or site logistics issues to keep projects on schedule
• Collaborate with in-house specialists to continuously improve installation and logistics processes and techniques.

• Experience using hand and power tools such as drills and levels for assembly or installations.
• Physically capable of safely lifting, carrying and moving items weighing 50 pounds on a daily basis
• The ability to read and execute floor plans and to follow technical assembly instructions
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients and team members.
• Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and continuous growth within the company.

• Starting pay of $22.00 to $29.00 per hour based on experience.
• Consistent Monday through Friday scheduling.
• Hands on training in high-end technical assembly and logistics.
• All specialized tools and safety gear will be provided.
