What You’ll Do as an Installation Manager:

• Lead and support a team of flooring installers to ensure high-quality, on-time work.
• Set performance goals, monitor progress, and coach for improvement.
• Recruit, train, and retain top installation talent.
• Coordinate with sales to ensure seamless job execution and customer satisfaction.
• Uphold safety standards and company processes in all installations.

• You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• You have experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferable in construction or home services
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• You have previous sales experience (preferred but not required)

• Minimum salary $50,000 per year, plus bonuses
