Summary
The Property Services Installation Manager is the primary contact for subcontractors in the assigned branch and works closely with the Branch Management to lead the installation department. This position manages and directs the installation department to ensure the quality, consistency, and overall capacity of installation is adequate to serve our customer base.

Essential Functions
· Create daily installer schedule, including communicating job assignments and helping resolve onsite issues
· Ensure efficient, thorough, and timely daily morning installer loadout
· Reconciles completed work orders for billing department in preparation for invoicing
· Lead ongoing recruiting efforts ensuring onboarding of quality flooring contractors
· Professional communication with installers, sales, and office staff
· Performs other duties as assigned by Branch Manager

Skills and Qualifications
· Current Valid Driver’s License and insurable
· 2+ Years of flooring installation knowledge REQUIRED
· 2+ Years working with subcontractors and/or experience working in trades
· Bi-lingual, English/Spanish speaking HIGHLY PREFERRED

· Basic technology skills, including MS Office Suite
· Strong communication skills, including written communication
· High level of organizational skills, time management skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to consistently meet deadlines
· Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and effectively handle interpersonal relationships with others

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
· Work performed in both an office and field environment
· Ability to sit for an extended period and operate shared office equipment and keyboards
· Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb
