Great Lakes Home Remodeling is hiring a proven Project INSTALLATION MANAGER to lead our top-rated installation team to new heights!

If you have 1-3+ years of success managing roofing, siding, or window installations — and you're ready for a career with serious growth, salary, bonuses, and company perks — this is your shot.

Your Role:

Lead and grow a high-performing subcontractor team

Schedule, manage, and oversee installs across Ohio

Deliver a 5-Star customer experience from start to finish

Control labor, material, and jobsite costs

Recruit, train, and motivate subcontractors

Communicate clearly with customers and internal staff

Requirements:

1–3+ years of installation or onsite construction management

Roofing, siding, and/or window experience preferred

Driven, organized, and available for customer needs early and late

Computer skills and valid driver's license required
