Installation Manager | Warehouse Manager | HVAC & Plumbing Operations Coordinator

Aire Serv Heating & Air Conditioning and HRI Plumbing are seeking an organized, hands-on leader to oversee our installation operations, warehouse, inventory, scheduling, and job readiness processes.

This is not a desk job.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day operation, working with installers, managing materials, coordinating schedules, solving problems, and making sure every job is ready before the crew arrives.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate residential HVAC and plumbing installation projects
• Schedule and support installation crews
• Ensure all equipment, materials, permits, and paperwork are ready before each job
• Manage warehouse organization and inventory
• Stage upcoming installation jobs
• Coordinate deliveries, subcontractors, and inspections
• Track inventory and purchasing needs
• Support installers with logistics and jobsite problem-solving
• Maintain fleet, warehouse, and shop organization
• Work closely with sales, dispatch, management, and installation teams
• Help improve processes and increase operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of construction or installation operations
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, warehouse management, or construction operations preferred
• Inventory management and purchasing experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated problem solver who takes ownership of results
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record

Compensation & Benefits
