Installation Team Lead – Plainwell, Michigan

DISHER is currently partnering with a leading global provider of modular units and systems for the manufacturing and processing of plastics. They are currently searching for an Installation Team Lead who will be responsible for assuring that installations and other work on the customer's site are completed efficiently, professionally, and with great quality.

• Install customer equipment and related 3rd party equipment
• Purchase installation materials when necessary
• Represent the company and the assigned project manager at interim installation supervision customer visits
• Assist with system start-ups
• Manage personal travel arrangements

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar position
• Electromechanical experience
• Valid driver’s license and passport
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite of programs
• Forklift / scissor lift proficient
• Heavy equipment lifting and rigging experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Layout and electrical schematic reading
• Basic use of electrical test equipment
• Familiarity with HMI and touch screens
