Installation Tech

Summary:

We’re seeking a reliable and motivated window and door installation tech to join our team! This position is ideal for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in the installation field. As an Installation Tech, you’ll work alongside skilled installers to assist with the installation of windows and doors ensuring top-notch quality and customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties:

· Assist Crew Leaders in loading, transporting, and unloading windows, doors, and installation materials.

· Prepare work areas by setting up tools, ladders, and necessary equipment.

· Support in the precise installation of windows and doors, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

· Clean up and organize job sites at the end of each day to maintain a safe and professional environment.

· Communicate effectively with team members and customers as needed.

· Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times.

· Additional duties as specified by management.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Prior experience in construction or a related field is required.

· Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

· Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

· Willingness to learn and develop skills in window and door installation.
