Job Description - Installation Technician

About the Role:

Join Summit Current Voltworks as an Installation Technician and be a vital part of our mission to deliver exceptional electrical solutions. Located in Mechanicsburg, PA, we are passionate about innovation and quality, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to help us bring our projects to life.

Responsibilities:

Install and maintain electrical systems and components for residential and commercial projects.

Conduct on-site assessments and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Adhere to safety standards and regulations during installations.

Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

Document installation processes and maintain accurate records.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Assist in training new team members on installation procedures.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electrical systems preferred.

Valid electrical license or certification is a plus.

Proven experience in electrical installation or related field.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to job sites.

Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment.
