We're Supreme Service Today, and our talented team is looking for a full-time Installation/Service Department Assistant  to support our field technicians and office team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and being a key part of keeping operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do:

• Assist the Installation and Service Departments with scheduling, job preparation, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure they have materials, tools, and information for each job
• Apply for permits and schedule inspection with customer and local county as required 
• Track service tickets, warranties, and installation documentation
• Support customer communication, including scheduling and confirming appointments
• Maintain department records and assist with inventory/parts ordering as needed
• What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfort with computers, scheduling software, and basic office tools
• A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in HVAC, construction, or service-related industries is a plus (but not required)
