My client, who are a family run business, have ambitious plans to grow the company and are looking to add a

Projects and Installations Manager

to the Senior Management Team, to head up the Playgrounds Department. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will manage the design, construction, installation and maintenance of a number of Play Area projects in conjunction with Local Authority Partners, Education Providers and new Homes Developers.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Projects and Installations Manager:
Handling initial enquiries, arranging and attending Client Site Visits/Surveys
Managing the project to ensure that it stays on budget and is completed within the allotted time frame
Ensuring the client remains fully updated throughout the project
Overseeing the recruitment and development of your team
Supporting the directors to grow the department and wider business
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Projects and Installation Manager:
Experience of working on similar projects would be advantageous, but finding the right person is more important
First class communication skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients and other third party stakeholders/contractors
Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
The desire and ability to help grow the division and wider business through proactive business development and networking
