Installer

Our client, LRE Foundation Repair, a leader in foundation and concrete repair in Florida is looking for an Installer to join their team. At LRE Foundation Repair, they're not just fixing foundations; they're revolutionizing the way it's done.

In this role, you will be a part of a team that will work to redefine the foundation repair industry. You'll work to safely install high-quality products to ensure that homeowners receive permanent solutions to their concrete and foundation repair problems. You'll be making a lasting impact through your work with customers by solving issues with their home and by giving them a remarkable experience. 

No prior industry experience is required, we will teach you everything that you need to know to do your work expertly, safely and confidently while providing you with growth opportunities to help you advance in your career. 

What LRE Foundation Repair Will Provide You: 

• Competitive pay and a lucrative bonus program. Starting pay is based on experience ($17.00-$20.00/hour) with an earning potential of $60,000+ (including overtime and bonuses). 
• 45-55 hours per week, with year-round work.
• Travel per diem/paid hotel rooms when travel is required.

What You Will Do As An Installer:  

• Loading and unloading of equipment at the shop or job site.
• Perform high quality installations for foundation and concrete repair jobs. 
• Follow the lead of the Foreman to ensure that the work is done efficiently and correctly.
• Offer suggestions that will help the quality, efficiency or safety of the job. 
• Create remarkable experiences for our customers by providing great service and permanent solutions. 

What We Are Looking for in the Ideal Candidate: 

• A valid driver's license and a safe driving record. 
• The ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work (digging, carrying, crawling, kneeling, etc.)
• The ability to travel out of town and stay overnight. 
• Good communication skills and the ability to speak, read and write in English. Bilingual is a plus. 
• All job offers are considered conditional until the completion of the required background, motor vehicle check and drug screening.
