Installer

LaForce is looking for a dedicated Installer to work out of our Madison location. In this hands-on role, you’ll be installing doors, frames, and hardware in commercial buildings. We provide all the tools, safety gear, a work vehicle, and cover your travel to job sites. Best of all, you’ll enjoy day shift hours with no nights or weekends! In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Installing doors, frames and hardware at customer sites and new commercial projects.


• Understanding work orders and executing them accurately.


• Problem-solving on the spot to adjust or replace materials as needed and ensure quality installations.


• Adjusting or replacing existing materials and safely operating power and hand tools.


• Representing our company professionally to keep customers happy and coming back.

What We're Looking For:

We value hard work and determination! Candidates should have 1-2 years of carpentry or construction experience. Experience with commercial doors and hardware is a plus. Additionally, 1-2 years of military experience will be considered in place of relevant carpentry or construction experience. A valid driver’s license with a good record is essential.
